Moderator commands - Thea

Manual commands and AutoMod write to one ledger. A /timeout and an AutoMod timeout both appear on the member’s record, in /standing, and in the moderation export. Commands follow Discord permissions. Members who lack the permission do not see the command. Each handler still checks on the server.

Reason text on warn, kick, and ban is shown to the member (up to 500 characters).

Watchlist

/watch user:@member reason:selling accounts

Watched members’ messages get closer scrutiny. The watch can expire on its own. /unwatch clears it. This is not a public punishment and does not notify the member.

Shared ledger

Manual warns and AutoMod warns both count toward repeat offenders.
Exports include both, with the actor (moderator name or Thea).
A human moderator’s permanent /ban through Thea on a participating server can contribute to the global blacklist. The same moderator contributes only once across servers; automatic and native Discord bans do not count.
