Activity, invite campaigns, stats, and knowledge gaps

Thea splits “how is the bot doing” across a few pages, not one Analytics screen.

Activity

Activity (server sidebar) is 7- or 30-day charts plus top channels, askers, sources, and decline reasons. Typical cards:

• Questions answered, declined, and escalated
• Helpful vs not helpful
• Content Thea’s answer moderation blocked
• Time-to-answer when latency matters

AutoMod trends live on the Activity tab of the AutoMod page: findings by layer or category over 30 or 90 days, how many were sent to moderators, the median time to review, and how many were overturned. See AutoMod. Account-level Analytics under /servers rolls the same ideas up across the servers you manage.

Stats

Stats is live Discord data: member count, presence, boosts, channel types, verification level, and server features. It is not answer quality.

Invite campaigns

Invites measures promoters and promotions separately from support activity. Create or register a Discord link, then compare gross invite-counter growth with inferred members, attribution coverage, qualified and active members, and mature 7- and 30-day retention. Knowledge gaps

On paid plans, unanswered questions are clustered on Knowledge. Read the real questions in a gap, then choose Draft article, Addressed, or Dismiss. Draft article adds a draft to your help center and counts toward your plan’s article limit.

Weekly digest

Settings → General → Weekly digest posts a short staff summary to a Discord channel. It is not an email. See Dashboard overview.
