Activity (server sidebar) is 7- or 30-day charts plus top channels, askers, sources, and decline reasons. Typical cards:
  • Questions answered, declined, and escalated
  • Helpful vs not helpful
  • AutoMod findings by layer and severity
  • Time-to-answer when latency matters
Account-level Analytics under /servers rolls the same ideas up across the servers you manage.

Stats is live Discord data: member count, presence, boosts, channel types, verification level, and server features. It is not answer quality.

Knowledge gaps

On paid plans, unanswered questions are clustered on Knowledge. Open a cluster, read the real questions, then add a FAQ, connect a source, or dismiss it.
