Dashboard moderators can view invite campaigns. Dashboard admins and the server owner can manage them. Discord
/invite actions require Manage Server.Create a tracked invite
Use Create link when you want a new link for one promoter or promotion.1
Name the campaign
Use a name your team will recognize, such as
Partner launch or September newsletter.2
Add a promoter
Optionally enter the promoter’s Discord user ID. The promoter cannot change after tracking begins.
3
Choose the landing channel
Thea creates a permanent, unlimited-use Discord invite for that channel. Its campaign counter starts at zero.
4
Share the link
Copy the link from the campaign. Enter the exact same campaign name later to add another link to the campaign.
Register an existing invite
Use Register link for a standard or vanity invite that is already in circulation. Thea verifies that it belongs to your server and records its current use count as the baseline. Uses before registration are not credited to the campaign.Read campaign performance
Each campaign combines all links that share its name.
Retention only uses mature cohorts. A seven-day result stays Not mature until at least one qualified member has had seven days to reach the milestone. The 30-day result works the same way.
Use date filters to limit the dashboard to campaigns that started within a period. Run
/invite stats for a campaign summary in Discord:
Understand attribution coverage
Discord increments invite counters, but it does not tell bots which invite a new member used. Thea compares the counters before and after joins:- Inferred — one invite increased by exactly the number of members in the join batch.
- Ambiguous — several invites changed, a link disappeared, or the counter growth did not match the join batch.
- Unknown — no readable tracked invite explains the join.
Inspect, close, or revoke a link
Use/invite info to check a link’s campaign, promoter, status, baseline, and latest counter.
- Close tracking or
/invite closestops future campaign measurement. The Discord invite keeps working. - Revoke or
/invite revokedeletes a standard Discord invite and stops tracking it. Anyone holding the link loses access.
