The help center is a public site you author in the dashboard. It is not an automatic dump of every crawled page. When you publish an article, visitors can search it on the web, and Thea indexes it as a knowledge source for Discord answers. Open Help Center in the server sidebar to create the center and edit articles. Branding and domain live under Settings → Help center.

What you get

  • Articles with draft, published, and archived states
  • Collections for grouping (Getting started, Billing, Troubleshooting)
  • Search across published articles
  • Helpful / not helpful votes on articles
  • A Thea-hosted URL, plus a custom domain on Pro and Business

Plan limits

Create and publish

1

Create the center

Open Help Center. If none exists, create one.
2

Write an article

Draft the page, assign a collection, and publish when it is ready.
3

Set visibility

Settings → Help center: Live or Hidden, plus name, headline, accent color, logo, and footer text.
4

Share the URL

The public path is /help/[center] on theabot.com until you add a custom domain.
Published articles become a help_center knowledge source. Updating an article updates what Thea can cite after the next index.
Crawled docs sites and Notion pages stay on Knowledge. They do not automatically appear as help-center articles. Publish an article when you want a public page of your own.
