Single page
Index one URL. Thea follows links from that page up to your plan’s crawl depth.
Entire site
Point at an XML sitemap. On re-sync, only changed pages are fetched.
Status page
A status page that re-syncs on a schedule. Pair it with Settings → General → Status page alerts to post when an incident opens or resolves.
Upload file
PDF, Markdown, or plain text. Size limits: 2 MB (Free), 20 MB (Pro), 50 MB (Business).
FAQ
Structured question-and-answer pairs. They get a retrieval boost because they look like how members ask.
Notion
Sync pages and databases. Pro and Business. Counts as one source for the whole connection.
Zendesk
Published help-center articles. Pro and Business.
Discord thread
Index a resolved thread so Thea can reuse an answer your team already wrote.
Help center articles
Published articles from your Thea help center are indexed automatically.
Content API
Pages you push with an API key. Pro and Business. See Content API.

Open Knowledge
In the server dashboard, click Knowledge.

Click Add source
Choose the type.

Connect it
Paste a URL, upload a file, or complete Notion / Zendesk OAuth.

Wait for Ready
Status moves through Queued, Building, Ready, or Error. Stale means a scheduled sync failed or the source changed out from under the index.
Sync
Trigger Sync now on a source at any time. Status-page alerts fire on that same cadence — see Settings → General.
