Members lets you invite people to this server’s Thea dashboard without giving them Manage Server in Discord. Each collaborator gets a dashboard role: Viewer, Mod, or Admin. This page appears in the sidebar only when Thea has enabled the collaborators beta for your server. If you do not see Members, ask Thea support or wait until the flag is on.

Roles

The Discord owner (and anyone with Manage Server) is treated as Owner. Owners are not a role you assign; they always have every permission. A server can have up to 25 collaborators.

Invite someone

  1. Open Members.
  2. Invite by Discord user and choose a role.
  3. They accept from their Thea account.
Pending invites stay listed until they are accepted or cancelled. You can change a collaborator’s role later, or remove them.
Removing someone who created Content API keys does not revoke those keys. Rotate the keys on Settings → API if that person should no longer have programmatic access.

What this is not

Collaborators do not change Discord permissions. A Viewer can read the dashboard and still have no moderator role in the server. AutoMod commands, /warn, and ticket claim still follow Discord permissions.
  • Content API — keys only owners can create
  • Audit — every settings change is attributed
