Thea is an AI Discord bot that keeps a community supported around the clock. It answers from the knowledge sources you connect and cites the passage it used. When it is not confident, it hands the thread to your team instead of guessing. The same install runs AutoMod, tickets, and a public help center.

Quickstart

Add Thea to a server and answer the first question.

Knowledge sources

Docs, sitemaps, files, Notion, Zendesk, and the Content API.

AutoMod

Heuristics, scam defense, raid protection, and AI review.

Tickets

Private channels, triage, transcripts, and CSAT.

Help center

Publish articles Thea can also cite in Discord.

Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Business — billed per server.

How Thea works

1

Connect knowledge sources

Point Thea at docs, a sitemap, files, or Notion / Zendesk. Indexing usually finishes in minutes for small sites.
2

Tune settings

Pick watched channels, set the 0–1 confidence threshold (default 0.35), choose a support role, and turn on the AutoMod layers you want.
3

Rehearse in the Playground

Ask real questions and inspect citations and confidence before anything reaches Discord. Playground runs use the live pipeline and count against your AI budget.
4

Launch in Discord

Invite Thea and run /setup. It answers in threads, opens tickets from your panel, and escalates when it is not sure.
