# Review conversations, corrections, and flags

> Audit every question Thea answered or declined, save a verified correction, and flag problems to Thea staff.

**Conversations** is the audit log for answering. Every question Thea handled — answered, declined, or escalated — appears here with the member's question, the reply or decline reason, the confidence score, and the passages it cited.

Open **Conversations** in the server sidebar. If you manage more than one server, **Conversations** on the account sidebar shows the same data across servers.

## Filters

| Filter           | What you see                                                                                   |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Needs review** | Answers that look worth a human look — low helpfulness, corrections still missing, or similar. |
| **Escalated** | Questions Thea handed to your team. |
| **All** | Every conversation still inside your plan's retention window. |

## Conversation detail

Opening a conversation shows:

* The member's question and Thea's reply (or the reason it declined)
* Citations and the passages retrieved
* Confidence score
* Helpful / not helpful votes from Discord
* A **Correction** form
* **Flag to platform staff**

## Save a verified answer

If Thea got something wrong, or you want a stronger answer than the docs currently produce, write the correct reply in the correction form and save it.

The correction becomes a **verified answer**. Future questions on the same topic prefer that reply over ordinary documentation passages, and Thea cites it.

<Tip>
  After you add or change a knowledge source, scan recent conversations for the topic and save a correction for any answer you would not want to go out again.
</Tip>

## Flag a conversation to Thea

**Flag to platform staff** sends the conversation to Thea's trust-and-safety queue. Use this for product abuse, injection attempts, or answers that look like a platform problem — not for ordinary "the docs are wrong" fixes. Those belong in the correction form.

Members can also report a Discord message with the **Report to bot operator** context-menu command, or the **Report** button on a Thea answer. Those reports go to Thea staff, not your server moderators. A member can send up to 3 reports per 10 minutes per server.

## Helpful and not helpful

On each Discord answer, members can mark it helpful or not helpful. Those votes appear on the conversation and feed [Activity](/dashboard/analytics).

If you enabled **Tidy resolved threads**, a helpful vote also archives the thread Thea opened. See [Answering settings](/answering/settings).

## Retention

Conversations are kept for as long as your plan allows, then deleted:

| Plan     | Retention |
| -------- | --------- |
| Free     | 30 days   |
| Pro      | 180 days  |
| Business | 1 year    |

Nothing in this log is shared with other servers.
