# Account standing

> Understand platform-level standing on your Thea account — Good, Limited, At risk, or Suspended — and how violations decay.

**Security** (account standing) is Thea's ledger for the Discord account you signed in with. It is about how you use Thea across servers, not about AutoMod strikes inside one community.

Open it from the account sidebar: **Security**.

This is not [member standing](/moderation/standing) (`/standing` in a server) and not the [global blacklist](/blacklist/account-blacklisted).

## Tiers

| Tier | Meaning |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Good standing** | No open platform violations. |
| **Limited** | One or more violations that restrict some product actions. |
| **At risk** | Repeated or serious violations. Further incidents can suspend the account. |
| **Suspended** | The account cannot use Thea until the restriction ends or an appeal succeeds. |

The page lists violation categories and when they decay. It does not show a numeric score.

## What can land here

Platform staff act on reports from **Flag to platform staff**, the **Report to bot operator** context menu, product feedback that turns into an incident, and Acceptable Use breaches (for example, onboarding forms that solicit passwords or payment details).

Notices about billing, limits, and enforcement also appear under account **Notices**. You can change email preferences at [theabot.com/email/preferences](https://www.theabot.com/email/preferences).
